Denver, CO (PRWEB) August 24, 2010
Beginning June 1, 2010, RescueTech is running all operations out of their new, larger technical facility. Specially designed to handle technical components, this state of the art facility will help RescueTech service all technical loss needs throughout the Front Range. The new facility is located off the Boulder Turnpike and Federal Boulevard in Westminster. At 11,000 square feet, a larger warehouse and office space allow RescueTech to keep up with their steady growth.
Retail sales of electronics in 2010 have increased upwards of four percent from the same months in 2009, despite the economic downturn. The amount of electronics found in a home or business today are more than ever before. After a fire, flood, lightning strike, or other damage, insurance companies are looking to save money on property claims wherever they can. Technical loss assistance is provided at a fraction of the cost of replacement.
The new technical facility in Denver allows RescueTech to keep up with this demand. A brand new testing room to ensure electronic functionality, specially designed cleaning rooms for maximum effectiveness, as well as a larger room for quality control, will help to improve the recovery process. The new facility also makes it possible for RescueTech to handle larger losses easily. RescueTech now offers continuing education classes to insurance adjusters and risk managers in their state of the art training room. Hands on demonstrations, a tour of the facility, and a first hand experience of the process help adjusters and risk managers understand the viability of electronic recovery.
RescueTech can be found at 3250 West 72nd Avenue, Westminster, CO 80030. All mail will continue to be received at RescueTech’s mailing address: 10343 Federal Boulevard, Unit J423, Denver, CO 80260.

A fire in the office building located at 5600 South Quebec Street in Greenwood Village, Colorado caused smoke and soot damage in offices of over 30 of Denver’s top companies. RescueTech was able to respond quickly and recover servers, desktops and notebook computers to help several companies get back up and running quickly.
Denver, CO (PRWEB) July 26, 2010
The technical loss specialists at RescueTech were dispatched to the scene of the June 28th fire at a Denver Tech Center office building. After a fire in a second floor office caused damage throughout the building, RescueTech was contracted to handle all electronic contents affected by the smoke and soot resulting from the fire. Server rooms, key workstations, copy rooms, conference rooms, remote laptops, among other office electronics in most offices were affected. RescueTech’s 24 hour emergency response team worked around the clock to provide priority service to all customers in the building.
Recovery plans were customized for each company depending on the proximity to the point of origin and their need for specific technologies that run the business. RescueTech’s emergency response team offered onsite inspections, quick turn-around times for priority workstations and servers, staggered cleanings, and assistance onsite. Downtime was limited for all companies involved. Many offices serviced by RescueTech were able to be back up and running only a day or two after the fire. Other offices were operating by the end of the first week, and the rest by the end of the second.
The quick response and immediate recovery of technology was due to RescueTech’s ITR Program, which is implemented for disasters such as this. Eliminating information replacement and retraining of employees, faster turn-around times than reordering, and partial recovery of losses, help a business, office or entity start working again quickly. Also, recovery helps eliminate the “true costs” of replacement (ordering components, software, add-ons, etc.). For businesses affected by fire at this Denver Tech Center Building, business down-time was the biggest concern.

To date, the ITR Program has saved Risk Managers and businesses 50 percent or more of replacement costs per claim through recovery of electronic components affected by disaster. Sign up now to benefit from this program.
Denver, CO (PRWEB) April 27, 2010 -- Every year, businesses and government entities are put at risk for closures and large losses of money when damaged by disaster. RescueTech is proud to offer the Information Technology Recovery Program for Risk Managers and businesses. With 24 hour response, project priority, electronic risk assessments, fire, smoke & water restoration, as well as lightning inspections, members of the ITR Program have experienced savings of 50 percent or more (thousands of dollars per claim) compared to replacement costs in the event of disasters.
Contaminants can cause circuit board corrosion over time and cause the component to stop functioning properly, or at all. Immediate recovery is critical.
Damage to electronics is devastating and expensive. Fire, smoke, water (rain or hail damage, burst pipes, overhead sprinklers), lightning, drywall dust, glycol, and other contaminants are extremely harmful to electronic components. According to Cory Matthews, Technical Director at RescueTech, "any of these contaminants can cause circuit board corrosion over time and cause the component to stop functioning properly, or at all. Immediate recovery is critical." Failure, network problems, poor picture and sound quality, or loss of data are all potential risks of contamination.
Private and Public Sector Risk Managers benefit from the ITR Program in a variety of ways. Business downtime is detrimental to the survival of a business. Minimizing this downtime is the ultimate goal of the program. Janet Van Zant, a Technical Computer Resource Teacher in the Douglas County School District recognized the effect of business downtime; "losing a computer lab with scheduled classes most periods of each day was tough and RescueTech recognized how important a rapid response was to us…And the lab was back in business in a third of the time (minimum) it would have taken us to replace everything with new equipment." Eliminating information replacement and retraining of employees, faster turn-around times than reordering, and partial recovery of losses all help a business, office, or entity start working again more quickly. Also, recovery at a fraction of replacement costs helps eliminate the "true costs" of replacement of items (ordering components, software, add-ons, etc.).
Call RescueTech to setup a meeting and presentation about the ITR Program, at 303.380.1708. Prospective members will receive a detailed package of information about the ITR Program, meet the professionals they will be working with, and have an electronic risk assessment performed. It is the goal of RescueTech to develop a strong relationship with each member and to be a reliable service in the event of disaster.
